The name “METHOPE SI” means in French: “OPErational METHOdology for the Information Systems”. During the change management of internal systems or on the shelf systems (ERP or PLM tools for instance), the building of a data repository federating all the layers of the Enterprise Architecture activity is mandatory:

 - to describe and optimize the different business, functional, applicative, data and technical axes of EA

- to equip the disciplines of the BPM (Business Process Management), of the BMM (Business Maturity Management), of the BRM (Business Rules Management) and of the MDM (Master Data Management), which brings design-evolution and exploitation closer to the operational system,

- to apply practices like the ISO standards, the SOA approach, ITIL, CMMI,…

The stake is thus to capitalize informations throughout all the steps of the life cycle of the IS, the company and its environment (customers, subcontractors, clients,…).
